摘　　要：通过调查山西省大、中专院校图书档案管理的现状、特点以及存在的问题,结合现代管理理论、系统工程等科学方法,分析了我省各类学校图书档案管理的组织结构及管理体系,。为适应大、中专院校的师生的要求,使用面向对象的程序设计语言Visual Basic 6.0为开发平台,结合Microsoft Access 2000数据库和数据库管理语言SQL将图书档案管理技术、计算机编程技术和数据库技术相结合,设计开发出了能够提供对图书查询、购买、借书、还书、丢书等各个功能模块的图书信息管理系统,系统使用数据报表打印结果,为我省教育界的图书管理事业的发展提供依据。Through investigate＇ihe-preseni-co-nditio-n,-characteristlcs-and-problemofshanx~ province-academy, special school＇s book docu- ment＇ s management, use modern management theories, systems engineering scientific method, analyzed the different school book document management＇ s organization structures and management system, adapt the requirements of the academy, special school＇ s teachers and stu- dents. This system took the object-oriented programming language of Visual Basic 6.0 as the development flat, combined Microsoft Access 2000 database and database management language SQL language. Combining book document management, computer programming and data- base techniques, design and development of book document management system including book querying, book buying ,book borrowing, book returning, book losing function modules. The system print the results use the data reports. To provide a basis for the development of Shanxi province educational circles book document＇s manazement.
