摘  要:以机械加工定位理论为依据,以提高夹具工作效率为目的,以计算机辅助设计为指导,针对CA6140车床的"拨叉"夹具设计为例,采用Pro/E野火4.0为开发平台对该夹具进行三维设计,并对该夹具进行三维装配及仿真运动,设计结果满足批量生产要求。The machining technique positioning theories is used in the article. In order to raise working efficiency, the design idea is guid- ed' by the CAD (computer aided design). This design is aiming at the CA6140 lathe fork fixture, use PRO/E wildfire 4.0 as the development flat; the 3D design is realized in this machine element. The high efficient fixture suited to mass production has been made. The 3D (three-dimensional) solid modeling and assembling and simulating are realized in this fixture. The result can meet design requirements
