摘 要:本文以带高位转换层的某高层框支剪力墙结构为依托,用Midas Building建立宽扁梁与普通转换梁两种结构模型进行对比。从结构整体受力、转换构件受力、弹性地震反应的角度出发,较详细的分析两种形式转换梁在重力和地震力作用下的抗震性能。然后对宽扁梁为转换梁的结构模型进行静力弹塑性(Push-over)分析,给出推覆过程中结构基底剪力-顶点位移曲线和层间位移角变化情况。通过寻找性能点,找出结构的薄弱部位,对结构抗震性能进行综合评价,提出关键问题及其解决措施,供同类型结构的抗震设计借鉴。Basing on a frame-supported shear wall structure with high-level transfer floor,two different structure models which are wide-flat transfer beam model and common transfer beam model have been built respectively by using Midas Building.A detailed anti-seismic performance analysis of those two kind of transfer beam models under the gravity load and seismic action have been established respectively through whole structure stress analysis,transfer component force analysis and elastic seismic response analysis.Then a static elasto-plastic(Pushover) analysis has been applied on the wide-flat transfer beam model to provide the behavior of base shear-top displacement curve and inter-story displacement angle during the push-over process.The weak parts of the structure,the comprehensive evaluation of anti-seismic performance for the structure and the related key problems and their solutions have been given by looking for the performance point.Suggestions and references have been provided for the anti-seismic design of same type of structure as well.
