墨尔本一日游开发与经营对杭州旅游业的启示

摘　　要：一日游产品有着不可低估的经营效益及社会影响。墨尔本一日游在开发和经营方面的成功经验对杭州有一定借鉴意义。为了进一步加强一日游的开发和经营,杭州应充分抓住西湖申遗成功的契机,深度挖掘杭州一日游亮点;完善杭州旅游集散中心建设;积极推动经营一日游的旅游公司结成联合体;以连锁经营模式,提高旅游公司的管理水平和知名度;打造一支能用双语讲解的优秀导游队伍。The development of one-day tour has great economic benefits and social influence. Melbourne in Australia has gained some valuable experience in operating one-day tour that Hangzhou may learn from. In order to improve the one-day tour market, Hangzhou should seize the opportunity of its West Lake＇s identity as a world heritage site,develop the bright spots Hangzhou＇s one-day tour,improve construction of Hangzhou tourism center, and turn travel agencies operating in Hangzhou＇s one-day tour into a united body. It also needs to enhance tour companies ＇s management and reputation by chain operation mode, and builds up a team of excellent tour guides with bilingual ability.
