摘　　要：在中国现代小说中,茶馆、酒肆是作家审视中国近现代公共生活的重要窗口。茶馆、酒肆拥有休闲聚会、是非伦理、信息传递等多样公共性社会功能。同时,受传统等级制度和权力中心意识的影响,这个公共空间实际上被压缩、异化,很大程度上失去了它应有的社会功效。In Chines modem literature, the teahouse and the pub have become an important window for writers to scan the public life of the China modem public life. The teahouse and the pub provide many public functions, such as leisure and meeting, comment on quarrel, cQmmunication; meanwhile, because of the influence of the hierarchy and the power-cen- tered consciousness, the public place is compressed and dissimilated, and loses its some public functions on some degree.
