摘　　要：为了指导云南地区有序开展智能电网建设,分析研究了云南电网智能化的现状、云南建设智能电网的意义,提出了云南建设智能电网的指导思想、总体目标和发展框架,指出智能电网建设需要经过规划试点阶段、全面建设阶段、引领提升阶段3个发展过程。为云南智能电网建设工作提供了重要参考。In order to guide the construction of smart grid in Yunan Province, the condition of Yunnan smart grid ＆ the significance to construct Yunnan smart grid are studied. The guiding thought, general target and development frame of constructing Yunnan smart grid are proposed. It is pointed out that the construction needs 3 stages, i.e. plan ＆ trial stage, overall construction stage ＆ comprehensive promotion stage. It can supply reference for the construction of Yunnan smart grid.
