Foley导尿管在宫腔出血治疗中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨Foley导尿管在球囊内注水压迫宫腔治疗宫腔内出血的疗效。方法收集2009年6月-2012年6月上海市第一人民医院宝山分院妇产科早孕流产出血、剖宫产术后瘢痕处妊娠(CSP)清宫时出血、宫腔镜电切宫内赘生物时出血病例32例,随机分为两组,一组将Foley导尿管注入生理盐水40～60ml置于宫腔压迫止血,水囊的另一开口接负压引流球,尿管在24～48h取出;另一组采用传统保守治疗作为相应对照。观察两组患者间的出血情况及术后恢复情况。结果两组在出血量、出血时间、住院天数、住院费用上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论用Fo-ley导尿管注水压迫宫腔止血有效,为治疗早孕流产出血、CSP清宫时出血、宫腔镜电切宫内赘生物时出血的有效方法。Objective To explore the water Foley catheter effection in treatment intrauterine hemorrhage. Methods 32 samples including early abortion bleeding, cesarean section scar pregnancy （CSP） and intrauterine neoplasm by electric resection using hysteroscopien from June 2009 to June 2012 in department of gynaecology and obstetrics in baoshan branch of the first people＇ s hospital of Shanghai were collected. All samples were divided into two groups randomly, a group was placed Foley catheter with injected saline 40 - 60 ml, water sac of another opening received negative pressure drainage ball, the water Foley was removed after 24 - 48 hours ; another group of conservative treatment of tradition as the corresponding control. The two groups were observed between the bleeding and postoperative recovery. Results The software SPSS13.0 was used in statistical analysis, the two groups in the amount of bleeding, bleeding time, hospitalization days, and hospital cost all had significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Foley catheter injection compression uterine bleeding was effective, which can be used to treat early abortion bleeding,when CSP bleeding, hysteroscopic electric cutting was the effective treatment methods.
