社会心理因素致剖宫产285例调查分析

摘　　要：目的通过对社会因素导致剖宫产的孕妇进行社会心理分析,总结出降低剖宫产率的有效对策。方法采用问卷调查对2010年1月-2011年12月蚌医一附院285例社会心理因素致剖宫产孕妇的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果要求剖宫产的孕妇多为城市户口,经济状况好,或者是珍贵儿母亲,要求剖宫产的理由多是害怕分娩疼痛和对自然分娩的安全性缺乏信心,其次是孕妇及家属不懂医学知识,误认为剖宫产儿比阴道分娩儿聪明以及误认为阴道分娩会影响产后体形等其他社会因素。结论社会心理因素是剖宫产率上升的重要原因之一,加强孕期保健,孕妇孕期定期产前检查,积极参加产前宣教培训课,医师严格掌握剖宫产指征,助产人员加强产程心理调控,建立良好的医患关系以及允许陪伴分娩是降低社会心理因素剖宫产率的关键。Objective To investigate the socialpsychological factors that lead to cesarean on Pregnant women and summarize the effective courtermeasures in order to decrease the rate of cesarean. Methods The clinical data of cesarean section On pregnant women of 285 from January 2010 to December 2011 were analyzed. Results Requirements of cesarean women were main city citizens and had good economic income or precious fetus mother, requirements of cesarean was main afraid of deliving pain and lack in confidence about natural delivery security. Second, Gravidas and her husband can not understand medical knowledge, misunderstanding cesarean fetus more clever than vagina delivery as well as misunderstanding natural delivery may affect postpartum figure etc other social factors. Conclusion Socialpsychological factors was one of the most important reasons leading to the rising rate of cesarean section. Strengthen healthy care in pregnancy, women on pregnant should go to hospital for regular prenatal care, actively taking part in prenatal care training class, Doctors ought to strictly master medical indications for cesarean section, midwives birthprocess to strengthen the psychological regulation and accompany delivery was allowed, all these were the keys for decreasing the rate of cesarean section with socialpsycholoical factors.
