胫骨平台骨折微创治疗临床护理路径的应用

摘　　要：目的建立完善胫骨平台骨折微创治疗的临床护理路径。方法选择行胫骨平台骨折微创治疗的患者80例为研究对象,2009年1月-2010年5月就诊患者为对照组,沿用传统护理模式;2010年6月-2011年7月治疗的患者为实验组,应用临床护理路径。结果实验组患者满意度及健康知识掌握度为97.88±1.11及94.68±1.16,对照组为94.42±1.87及85.90±12.82,二者相比差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论胫骨平台骨折微创治疗临床护理路径的运用,提高了患者满意度及健康知识掌握度,同时将术后早期功能训练时间安排以及康复指导纳入临床护理路径表,使其更具有计划性及规范化。Objective To set up perfect clinical nursing pathway of minimally invasive treatment of fracture of tibial plateau. Methods Choose fracture of tibial plateau of minimally invasive treatment in 80 cases as the research object, January 2009-May 2010 clinic patients were treated as control group, adhere to the traditional nursing mode;June 2010-July 2011 patients for the ex- perimental group,the application of clinical nursing pathway was conducted. Results The patient satisfaction and health knowledge master degree in experimental group were 97.88 ± 1.11 and 94.68 ± 1.16, compared with 94.42 ± 1.87 and 85.90 ± 12.82 of control group, and both were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion By clinical nursing pathway used in minimally invasive treatment of fracture of tibial plateau, the patient satisfaction and health knowledge master degree was improved, and at the same time, the early postoperative function training schedule and rehabilitation guidance into clinical nursing pathway table make its more planned and standardized.
