摘　　要：目的探讨两种不同治疗护理方法在家庭慢性伤口病人中应用的效果。方法取2011年1～12月在我院接受伤口治疗,伤口好转未痊愈出院的23例患者作为实验组,由社区护士上门进行改良封闭式负压引流(Vacuum-Assisted Closure,VAC)或现代敷料伤口治疗并康复锻炼指导,取同期在我院接受伤口治疗,伤口好转未痊愈出院的18例慢性伤口患者作为对照组,护士对家属进行改良VAC或现代敷料治疗技术及康复锻炼方法培训,由家属进行伤口治疗护理,以出院后2个月时间为限,就伤口治疗效果及病人生活质量进行比较。结果实验组伤口治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量明显提高。结论社区护士上门服务在家庭慢性伤口患者治疗及身体康复中起着重要作用,是解决家庭慢性伤口患者治疗最有效方法。Objective By comparing the effects of different treatments on two groups of family patients with chronic wounds, explore the importance of community nursing service to family patients with chronic wounds. Methods 23 cases of patients from January to December 2011 who have received wound treatments in our hospital and leave with their wound not totally healed were served as the experimental group,this group of patients would received modified VAC or modem wound dressing treatment and rehabilitation exercise guidance at home from the community nurse after they left the hospital;the control group included another 18 cases of patients of the same time who had received wound treatments in our hospital and leave with their wound not totally healed, patients of this group would received the same treatments as the experimental group, but all those would be done by their families, before which nurses would give a training to their families on modified VAC or modem wound dressing treatment and rehabilitation exercise guidance. The comparison between these two groups will be done on the results of the wound treatment and patients＇ living after leaving the hospital in 2 months. Results The effect of the experimental group＇ s wound treatment was significantly superior to the control group,P 〈 0..05 ,the living quality of patients of the experimental group was much better. Conclusion Community nurses＇ door to door service paid an important role to the treatment and recovery of home caring patients with chronic wounds, which was the most effective treatment to family patients with chronic wounds.
