摘 要:目的比较肿瘤患者使用全自动注药泵(以下简称电子泵)与便携式弹力泵(以下简称弹力泵)用于5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)泵入的效果。方法选择行FOLFOX方案的肿瘤患者82例,分为观察组44例和对照组38例,观察组使用电子泵,对照组使用弹力泵,在泵注的准确性、堵管率上进行比较。结果准确性:观察组93.2%,对照组73.7%,χ2=5.81,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;堵管率:观察组4.5%,对照组21.1%,χ2=5.19,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论全自动注药泵与便携式弹力泵比较,准确性高,堵管率低,提高安全性,在临床中值得推广。Objective To compare the effect of pumping 5-Fluorouracil(5-Fu) by using electronically controlled portable infusion pumps (automatic injection pump) and portable infusion pump( elastic pump) in cancer patients. Methods Total 82 cases of cancer patients undergoing FOLFOX formula were divided into observation group( 44 cases ) and control group( 38 cases). 5-Fluorouracil was delivered by using automatic injection pump or elastic pump in the two groups. The accuracy of infusion and blocking rate of tubes were compared between the two groups. Results The accuracy was 93.2% in the observation group and 73.7% in the control group,χ2 =5.81 ,P 〈0.05. The blocking rate of tubes was 4.5% in the observation group and 21.1% in the control group, χ2 = 5.19,P 〈 0.05. The difference was significant between the two groups. Conclusion The automatic injection pump can get a higher accuracy, blocking rate of tubes and higher security,which is worthy of promotion in clinical application.
