摘　　要：产业合作是区域合作的基础,促进区域协调发展要从产业对接开始并藉产业扩张和延伸之势促进区域之间社会、文化、生态等方面的全面合作与发展。东中西区域合作示范区的设立要求无论是连云港还是中西部地区都要在此框架下考虑产业结构调整与发展的方向,以促进东中西区域全面协调发展。Industrial cooperation is the foundation of regional cooperation. Promoting regional harmonious development should begin with the industrial docking and the promotion of regional cooperation in society, culture, and ecology through industrial expansion. The establishment of demonstration zone in east and Midwest regional cooperation demands both Lianyungang and the Midwest region to adjust industrial structure for coordinated overall development.
