MQMC在门窗玻璃产品模拟设计中的应用

摘　　要：本文介绍了幕墙门窗热工性能计算软件粤建科MQMC软件更换基片、更换\增加膜面、改变厚度等门窗玻璃产品模拟计算功能,并与Optics软件进行对比验证,得到一致的结果。粤建科MQMC软件门窗玻璃产品模拟设计功能为玻璃企业设计玻璃产品及门窗企业设计门窗产品时提供了有力的工具,可降低产品设计成本、缩短产品设计周期。In this paper, the functions of replacing substrate, replacing coating, adding coating and changing thickness on the glazing product simulation and design of doors and windows provited by the curtain wall thermal performance calculation software YJKMQMC are introducted. By comparing with Optics, it gets consistent results. The functions provide a powerful tool for the glass company on glazing product design and for the doors and windows company on doors and windows product design. It can reduce the costs and shorten the cycles of product design.
