底漆对不同表面介质处理的铝型材与硅酮结构密封胶粘结的影响

摘　　要：本课题选用三种类型(阳极氧化、氟碳喷涂和粉末喷涂)的幕墙用铝型材,每种类型挑选四个厂家共12个样品,以硅酮结构密封胶与铝型材的180°剥离试验为检测项目。在考察过程中每个样品进行涂底漆和不涂底漆两种处理方式,分别在标准条件下(T:23℃±2℃,RH:50%±5%)和标况浸水7天来研究底漆在不同表面介质处理的铝型材与硅酮结构密封胶中的影响。This thesis selects three types （ anodic oxidation, fluorocarbon spraying and powder spraying ） of the curtain wall aluminum, each type selected a total of four manufacturers in a sample of 12, with structural silicone sealant and aluminum 180 °peel test for the detection of the project. In the inspection process of each sample was primed and painted two processing modes respectively, in standard conditions （T：23℃ ±2℃, RH：50%±5% ） and standard conditions water 7 days to study primer in the different surface treatment of aluminum profile and the influence of structural silicone sealant.
