摘　　要：随着时代的发展,钢筋混凝土已经成为现代建筑不可或缺的部分,钢筋混凝土屋面板也逐渐取代了传统的瓦屋面,成为屋面板发展的一种趋势。本文主要从钢筋混凝土平屋面和坡屋面两个大方面出发,对结构自身、设计因素、施工因素和材料选择下的各种屋面渗漏情况,提出相应的预防措施。With the developing of era, reinforced concrete had become the indispensable part of architecture. Gradually, reinforced concrete roof also taken replace the traditional tile roof, and became trend of developing. This article proceed mainly from fiat and sloping roofs, put forward some corresponding measures about structure, design, construction and material choice aimed at the situation of leakage.
