泡沫喷淋自动灭火系统在高温机泵火灾中的应用

摘　　要：在大型炼油厂内,高温机泵输送的介质温度超过自燃点,一旦泄漏,会即刻发生火灾并迅速蔓延。为了及时控制火情,防止火灾蔓延,在火灾泄漏点设置火焰探测器和快速自动灭火装置是非常必要的。根据这类火灾特点,将现场配置的推车式泡沫灭火器改造成泡沫喷淋自动灭火系统,并在泄漏点安装火焰探测器,同时建立火灾报警系统与泡沫灭火系统的联动。一旦高温机泵泄漏起火,火焰探测器可及时探测到火灾,火灾报警系统报警并启动泡沫喷淋灭火系统快速灭火,从而可以尽量减小火情发生后的火灾损失,阻止火灾进一步蔓延。Within the large refinery,there is a kind of pump whose temperature of transported medium exceeds the auto-ignition point.Once leakage occurs,fire would break out and spread quickly.Yet firefighters may have not arrived on the scene.In order to control fire in time and prevent the spread of fire,it is necessary to set up flame detectors and fast automatic fire extinguishing device.According to the characteristics of such fire,the trolley extinguisher collocated in situ is transformed into automatic fire extinguishing system with foam spray and flame detector is installed at the leak points.Meanwhile,the fire alarm system and foam spray fire extinguishing system linkage is set up.Thus,once fire breaks out due to leak of high temperature pump,flame detector can detect fire in time.Then the fire alarm system will alarm and the foam spray fire extinguishing system will be started immediately to put out the fire quickly.So fire losses can be minimized and fire can be prevented from spreading.
