摘 要:新疆油田车89井区产油量350 t左右,油气中的硫化氢含量平均在1 000 mg/m3以上。含硫化氢的油气集输系统存在着硫化氢泄漏中毒、火灾等潜在危险。通过采用重大事故后果数学模拟方法,定量计算出车89井区集输系统在运行过程中发生硫化氢泄漏后的安全影响半径和发生火灾后的热辐射影响半径,为该井区集输系统建设过程中的安全防范提供了有针对性和实用性的依据,保证安全生产。Che 89 well block of Xinjiang Oilfield is located in the western Chepaizi Tuqi area in Junggar Basin with an average daily oil output of 350 t.The average content of hydrogen sulfide contained in the oil and gas is over 1 000 mg/m3.There are hydrogen sulfide leakage poisoning,fire and other potential dangers existing in hydrogen sulfide-bearing oil and gas gathering and transferring system.Based on quantitative calculation,this paper works out the safety radius of influence after hydrogen sulfide leakage during the operational process and the thermal radiation radius of influence after breaking out of fire in the gathering and transferring system at Che 89 well block with the application of mathematical simulation method for major accident consequences.This provides pertinent and practical basis for the safety of the gathering and transferring system in this well block in the process of its construction and guarantees the safe production.
