基于网格单元法的基本农田空间配置研究

摘　　要：全国各地在进行基本农田划定时,重点考虑的是完成上级下达的保护任务,而忽略了地区之间资源禀赋的差异。本研究借鉴土地适宜性研究的思路,运用网格单元法进行空间分析,提出依据土地适宜性指数和现行基本农田划定的思路,以广西都安瑶族自治县(以下简称"都安县")为例,依上述划定方法,对都安县基本农田划定的空间分布进行分析。结果显示:都安县划定为基本农田的耕地面积32870.18公顷,占全县耕地面积的81.31%;县域地苏乡、澄江流域及刁江流域范围的耕地因适宜性高而划定比例较高,县城周边、道路两侧的耕地因适宜性低且开发需求高,划定比例相对较低。上述基本农田划定模式,有助于发挥不同区域间的资源禀赋优势,加强基本农田保护力度,进而达到经济发展与耕地保护相互协调的效果,为当地经济社会可持续发展提供科学保障。When designating the capital farmland all over the country,emphasis is to complete the task of land protection given by the authorities in spite of regional differences in resource endowments.With the help of grid unit method for spatial analysis and previous studies on land suitability evaluation,this paper points out that the designation of capital farmland should be based on land suitability index and present situation of capital farmland designation,By taking Du＇an Yao Autonomous County of Guangxi as an example to analyze the spatial distribution of capital farmland designation,results show that capital farmland that is designated is 32 270.18 hectares,about 79.82% of the total county;The proportion of capital farmland in the township of Suxiang,Chengjiang basin and Diaojiang basin of Du＇an county is relatively high due to its high suitability index.The proportion of capital farmland near Du＇an county and main roads is relatively low because of high construction land demands.This capital farmland designation model indicates that regional difference in resource endowment helps to strengthen the protection of capital farmland,and to coordinate between land protection and economic growth,thus to provide scientific guarantee for local economic and sustainable social development.
