低碳背景下的区域土地集约利用评价研究——以广西为例

摘　　要：建立了一套基于低碳背景下的土地集约利用评价指标体系,包含土地投入强度、土地利用程度和土地利用效益三个方面共14个指标,采用主成分分析方法计算各指标权重。对广西14个市进行了低碳背景下土地集约利用评价的实证研究。研究结果表明,北海市、柳州市土地集约利用水平较高,防城港市、贵港市土地集约利用水平较低;从广西区域来看,土地集约利用水平较高的城市所占的比例较低,广西土地集约利用的水平较低。With the connotation of the intensive use of land,and combined with the background of low carbon development to establish an intensive land use evaluation system under the low carbon background,including land investment,land use and land use efficiency totaling up to 14 indicators,using Principal Component Analysis method to calculate the weight of each index applied to 14 cities of Guangxi as proof study,the results show that the intensive land use of Beihai and Liuzhou is higher,while the intensity in Fangchenggang and Guigang is low.From the viewpoint of Guangxi regions,the proportion of high intensive use of land in Guangxi is low.So this paper aims to give some recommendations for Guangxi according to the results.
