南宁市生态住区发展能力的综合评价

摘　　要：建设生态住区是南宁市实现"森林城市"战略目标的重要组成部分。文章以南宁市城区的六个区为评价单元,建立南宁市生态住区的发展能力评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定权重,利用加权函数法计算综合评价分值,然后根据分值将南宁市六个区分为生态住区建设能力较强、一般和较弱三个不同类型,最后针对该地区的实际情况提出增强南宁市生态住区发展能力的对策。Building ecological residential community is an important part of the strategic goals of the Nanning Forest City.In the paper six main areas of Nanning city is evaluated as a unit to establish the evaluation index system for the development capacity of Nanning ecological residential community. Analytic hierarchy process is used to determine weight of evaluation index.The weighted average function method is adopted for comprehensive evaluation values.According to the size of values,the six areas of Nanning is divided into three types,respectively the strong,the general and the weaker in the development capacity.Finally,countermeasures to enhance the development capacity of Nanning ecological residential community are given by taking into account the local actual status.
