摘 要:高温蠕变性能是反应堆材料性能评价的一个重要指标,为降低试验成本、辐射剂量及加强辐照试验的穿透度,用非常规微小试样已成为试验研究的趋势。用微小片状试样进行高温蠕变试验。为避免高温氧化对材料性能数据的影响,用自主设计改进的带氩气保护装置的高温蠕变机,研究超临界水堆包壳候选材料镍基合金C276在氩气保护条件下的高温蠕变行为。根据实验数据得到不同应力水平下的高温蠕变曲线,分析蠕变机理,评价材料的蠕变性能。Background: The high temperature creep resistance is an important indicator of the performance evaluation of reactor material. Purpose: This paper studies the high temperature creep behavior of cladding candidate material Ni-based alloy C276 of Supercritical Water Reactor (SCWR) under argon's protection, analyzes the creep mechanism and evaluates creep properties of C276. Methods: In order to reduce the experiment cost, radiation dose and strengthen the penetration of irradiation experiments, using the unconventional small sample has become the trend of experimental study. In this paper, small sheet sample will be used at high temperature creep experiments. In order to avoid the impact of oxidation at high temperature on the data of Material properties, this article will use independently designed and improved high temperature creep machine with argon's protection. Results: The creep curves of C276 have been obtained at the high temperature, when the samples of C276 are respectively applied at the different constant stress. Conclusions: The results prove that using small sample under the protection of argon can more truly reflect the mechanical properties of materials.
