中文版SF-36用于海洛因依赖者的心理测量学特性研究

摘　　要：目的:评价中文版SF-36用于海洛因依赖者的心理测量学特性。方法:103例海洛因依赖者完成SF-36量表,间隔24 h后对其中30例对象进行SF-36重测,64例对象完成了戒毒三个月后的SF-36戒毒效果评估。结果:SF-36量表8个纬度的Cronbachα系数在0.654-0.859之间;重测信度系数在0.460-0.715之间(P<0.05);集合效度和区分效度试验成功率分别为100%和93.9%;结构效度分析指标:RMSEA=0.087,CFI=0.896;戒毒三个月时SF-36能测出的海洛因依赖者生命质量六个纬度分值变化(P≤0.05)。结论:SF-36量表用于海洛因依赖者的生命质量测量总体上具有较好的信度和效度,但不推荐作为戒毒效果结局评估指标。Objective：To evaluate the psychometric properties of the Chinese version SF- 36 for heroin addicts. Methods ： One hundred and three heroin addicts completed SF - 36 at baseline, 30 of them completed SF - 36 for re - test reliability 24 hours later, and 64 of them completed SF - 36 three months later for responsiveness assessment. Results ： The Cronbach α coefficients of eight SF - 36 domains were between 0. 654 to 0.859 ; the re - test reliability coefficients ranged from 0. 460 to 0. 715 （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the successful rates for converge and discriminant validity were 100% and 93.9%, respectively; RMSEA and CFI for construct validity were O. 087 and O. 896, respectively; SF - 36 sensitively detected the changes of six domain scores after three months＇ detoxification （ P ≤0.05）. Conclusion ： Overall, SF - 36 has good reliability and validity to assess the quality of life of heroin addicts, but it is not recommended to use it as an outcome measurement for detoxification efficacy assessment.
