摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国农业社会化服务体系建设取得了快速发展,但同时也存在制度供给不足、体系不健全等传统弊端尚未得到有效解决,供需结构不合理、"全要素"服务滞后等新矛盾日益凸显等问题与挑战。因此,要在构建新型农业经营体系过程中,同步推进新型农业社会化服务体系建设,通过机制创新、主体培育、领域拓展和区域协调,促进农业社会化服务全面快速发展,形成公共性服务、合作型服务、市场化服务有机结合、整体协调、全面发展的新型农业社会化服务体系。Since the reform and opening up, the construction of China＇s agricultural socialization service system has made rapid development, but there are also some problems and challenges. Insufficient supply of system, imperfect system and other traditional problems have not been resolved, and some new contradictions have become increasingly prominent, such that the supply and demand structure is not reasonable, ＂total factor＂ service is hysteretic. Therefore, in the construction of new agricultural management system, we should promote the construction of new agricultural socialization service system, through the mechanism innovation, the main cultivation, field expand and regional coordination, promote the comprehensive and rapid development of agricultural socialization service, form new agricultural socialization service system, with the characteristic of the public service, the cooperative service, marketing service combination, overall coordination, and comprehensive development.
