摘 要:在饱和CO2条件下,进行X60钢在含有沉积砂油田水中腐蚀行为的模拟试验,利用失重法研究了沉积砂对X60钢腐蚀速率的影响,并采用SEM观察沉积砂对X60钢腐蚀形貌的影响。结果表明,在静态饱和CO2油田水中,沉积砂的存在降低了X60钢的腐蚀速率,同时使得X60钢局部腐蚀的趋势明显降低;在低流速条件下,当砂含量较高时,砂对X60钢CO2腐蚀的影响与在静态条件下无明显区别。Simulating experiment of corrosion behavior of X60 steel in CO2 saturated oilfield water containing sand was conducted. The effect of sand on the corrosion rate of X60 steel was studied by weight-loss method. SEM was used to observe the effect of sand on corrosion morphology of X60 steel. The results showed that the presence of sand decreased the corrosion rate of X60 steel in static CO2-saturated oilfield water, at the same time, the trend of X60 steel to localized corrosion decreased significantly, When the content of sand was high, the effect of sand on CO2 corrosion of X60 steel had no significant difference between static and dynastic(the flow rate was low) conditions.
