摘 要:目的:考察不同纯化方法对金银花提取物中咖啡酰奎宁酸类成分的影响。方法:应用醇沉法、石硫法、石硫醇法、大孔树脂吸附法及萃取法等对金银花进行提取纯化,并采用高效液相色谱法测定其中6种咖啡酰奎宁酸类成分的含量。结果:萃取法所得金银花提取物中咖啡酰奎宁酸类成分的含量最高,总咖啡酰奎宁酸含量达83.91%。结论:萃取法是制备金银花提取物的理想方法。Objective:To study the effects of different purification ways on the extractive rate of caffeoyl quinic acids in Flos Lonicerae extractive.Method:Several purification processes were used respectively in the preparation of Flos Lonicerae extractive,such as alcohol precipitation method,lime-sulfur method,lime-sulfur ethanol method,macroporous resin method,and extraction method etc.The content of the six caffeoyl quinic acids was determined by HPLC.Result:The content of the caffeoyl quinic acids in Flos Lonicerae extractive by extraction method was higher than the other methods.Total content of caffeoyl quinic acids was up to 83.91%.Conclusion:The extraction method is the best in the preparation of Flos Lonicerae extractive.
