摘　　要：本文主要分析了煤炭城市的城市道路规划问题。从城市道路体系的基本概念出发,分析了当前城市道路的主要特点和存在的问题。剖析了城市道路发展规划中应着力解决的问题,结合"畅通工程",给出了相应的政策建议。This paper analyzes the coal city＇s urban road planning. Starting from the basic concept of the urban road system, the analysis of the main features of the urban road and existing problems. Analysis of urban road development planning efforts to solve the problem, combined with the＂smooth traffic project, given the appropriate policy recommendations.
