摘　　要：目的建立注射用复方头孢西丁钠中高聚物的分析方法。方法采用葡聚糖凝胶G-10色谱柱（10mm×300mm），以pH7．0的0．01mol／L磷酸盐缓冲液[0．01mol／L磷酸氢二钠溶液-0．01mol／L磷酸二氢钠溶液（61：39）]为流动相A，水为流动相B，流速1．0mL／min，进样量50gL，柱温26℃，检测波长254nm。结果在5-80mg／mL范围内样品浓度与高聚物峰面积线性良好（r=0．9988），检出限25ng。结论该方法快速、简便、准确，重复性好，适用于注射用复方头孢西丁钠中高聚物的分析。Objective To establish a gel chromatography method for the determination of the polymers in cefoxitin sodiumthe for injection. Methods The column was Sephadex G-10, The mobile phase A was 0.01mol/L phosphate buffer solution （pH7.0）, and the mobile phase B was ultrapure water, The flow rate was 1.0mL/min, The injection volume was 50μL, The column temperature was 26℃, The detection wavelength was 254nm. Results The linearity of the polymers in cefoxitin was 5-80mg/mL（r=0.9988）, the detection limit was 25ng. Conclusion This method was simple and accurate for the determination of the polymers in cefoxitin sodium.
