摘 要:将故障树法用于区域防震减灾系统脆弱性评估。在深入研究防震减灾能力影响因素的基础上,建立了防震减灾体系标准故障树,并根据其结构计算出基本事件的权重。通过比较标准故障树和评估对象基本事件,得出评估对象防震减灾体系的缺失基本事件,继而计算出防震减灾系统脆弱性指数。最后,以河北省某县为例,给出了基于故障树法的防震减灾系统脆弱性评估案例分析。In the paper, fault tree method was applied to the earthquake disaster prevention and reduction system vulnerability evaluation.Firstly, based on the influence factors of earthquake disaster prevention and reduction ability,the standard fault tree of earthquake disaster prevention and reduction system was established. Whereafter, weights of basic event was calculated. Secondly,by comparing the standard fault tree and the basic events of the evaluated object,lack basic events could be founded. According to the weights of lack basic events,the vulnerability index of earthquake disaster prevention and reduction system was calculated.Finaly,as an example,a case study of a county of Hebei Province was given.
