摘 要:为探讨日粮中添加酵母培养物对肉仔鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响,选1日龄健康肉仔鸡120只,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加0.25%酵母培养物,试验期为42d。结果表明,酵母培养物能提高肉仔鸡的平均体重、新城疫抗体效价,降低料重比,能显著提高血液中免疫球蛋白lgG、lgA、lgM的含量和免疫器官指数,表明酵母培养物能显著影响肉仔鸡的生长性能和免疫功能。To study the effects of dietary yeast culture on growth performance and immune functios of broilers, 120 one-day-age health chicks were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, each group had 3 replications, 20 chicks for each replication. The control group was fed with basal diet and treatment group was fed with basal diet supplemented 0.25% yeast culture. The experiment lasted for 24 days. The results showed that yeast culture could improve average body weight, antibody level against Newcastle disease virus, and decrease feed/gain ratio, increased the contents of serum immunoglobulins (IgG,IgA,IgM)and immune organ index significantly. It was indicated that yeast culture could enhance growth performance and immune functions of broilers.
