不同浓度赤霉素对甜芝白掌催花效果的影响

摘　　要：以甜芝白掌品种(Spathiphyllum‘Sweet Chico’)为试材,研究了0(CK)、150、225、300mg/L不同浓度GA3对小盆栽甜芝白掌催花效果的影响。结果表明:300mg/L的GA3有明显的催花效果,主茎现花率达100%;上盆种植13周后开始催花,催花周期为60～64d;处理后的叶片长宽比为3.5～3.6,明显大于对照的2.9。Taking Spathiphyllum ＇Sweet Chico＇ as test materials,the effect of 0（CK）,150,225,300 mg/L different concentrations of GA3 on flower situmulation of small pots of Spathiphyllum ＇Sweet Chico＇ were studied.The results indicated that 300 mg/L GA3 had the most significant effect on flower situmulation with blossoming rate of 100% on stalks.The situmulating treat was conducted after 13 weeks of transplantation,with time interval from situmulating treat to blossoming of 60~64 days.And ratio of leaf length to width was 3.5~3.6,larger than the control 2.9.
