摘　　要：农民专业合作社本身是农民组建管理的经济组织,农民占成员总人数的80%。但在一些地方合作社的实际运作管理中,普通社员农户无法参与其中。本文对农民专业合作社的管理模式进行了重新分类,分析了其中存在的农民管理缺位问题。认为应建立具备利益分配、内部约束、权益保障等机制的管理模式,确保农民广泛参与合作社的管理。The farmer specialized cooperatives is the economic organization that the farmers formed and managed, and the farmer accounts 80% of the total member. But in the actual operation management of specialized cooperatives, the general ordinary member of cooperatives is unable to involve in, they do not really be ＂the master of their own affairs＂. After classified the administrative modes of farmer specialized cooperative again, we discovered that really existed the vacancy issue of farmers＂ management. We should establish to have the interest distribution, internal constraint, rights safeguard and other mechanisms of the administrative modes and ensure the farmer widely participates in the management of cooperatives.
