摘　　要：在西部大开发和扶贫开发等政策的扶持下,我国西部地区绝对贫困的状况得到了根本性缓解,绝对贫困人口大幅度减少。当前西部经济蓬勃发展,总量全国增幅最快,占全国比重不断提高,但人均总量还需继续提高,第一、三产业发展还显滞后,收支结构和城乡差距亟待提高,城镇化进程仍须加强。随着贫困标准的提高,扶贫形势还很严峻,作为全国扶贫的主战场,集中连片特困地区扶贫发展战略给西部发展带来了新的机遇与挑战。To support the great development of western and the development-oriented poverty alleviation strategy, the society have been change and absolute poverty is fundamental to alleviate in western China. Current western economy grows flourishingly, economic gross is the fastest rate. but the economy still need to continue to improve, the first and the third industry development is still lagging behind, revenue and expenditure structure and the gap between urban and rural areas to be improved, the urbanization process should be strengthened. Development-oriented poverty alleviation strategy made brilliant achievements. The absolutely and impoverished population decreases substantially, but with the increase in the standard of poverty, poverty is still a very severe situation of poverty. How to alleviation poverty is a new opportunity and challenge with western China.
