微博的负面性与管理引导探析

摘　　要：近两年来，微博风靡全球，成为互联网上人们的“新宠”。微博具有进入门槛低、发布简单方便、及时互动、裂变式传播等优势，迎合了碎片化、移动化的用户需求。但也具有诸如加剧信息“爆炸”，腐化社会“微环境”；情绪化主导，挑战政府威信；围观气氛浓厚，排挤传统媒体等负面性。应加强制度建设和完善，强化“把关人”作用；加强网站管理，强化微博辟谣；加强传统媒体舆论引导，提升公民媒介素养等微博的管理引导，从而引导微博健康发展。Over recent two years, micro-blog has swept the world, and become peoples new favor, Micro- blog enjoys such low entry threshold, simplicity and convenience, instant interaction, fission spread and other ad- vantages, that it meets the demand of fragmentized and mobile users. However, it has been negatively depicted as driving the so-called ＂information explosion＂, corrupting social ＂microenvironment＂, emotionally manipulated and challenging the authority of government, dense onlooker atmosphere pushing aside conventional media etc. We should make efforts to construct and perfect censorship, to strengthen website management and rumor refut- ing and public opinion guidance with conventional media and to raise media literacy of the mass so as to ensure the sound development of micro-biog.
