摘 要:以玉米自交系四287与四144为亲本的188个F2∶3家系为材料,考察玉米花期相关性状,并利用该群体的分子遗传连锁图谱进行QTL分析。结果表明,共检测到11个与玉米花期相关的QTL,包括与抽雄期相关的2个QTL,位于第3和第8染色体上,贡献率分别为21.9%和13.6%;与散粉期相关的3个QTL,位于第1、3和第8染色体上,贡献率分别为14.8%、21.0%和18.5%;与吐丝期相关的2个QTL,位于第3和第8染色体上,贡献率分别为16.5%和20.1%;与散粉-吐丝间隔期相关的4个QTL,位于第1、6、7和第8染色体上,贡献率分别为23.5%、25.3%、28.9%和20.9%。这些QTL的基因效应以部分显性和显性为主。To identify and characterize the effects of quantitative trait loci(QTL) underlying maize flowering related traits including days to tasseling(DTT), days to pollen-shedding(DTP), days to silking(DTS) and anthesis-silking interval(ASI), F2:3 population from the cross between Si287 and Si144 were developed. The 188 F3 lines were evaluated for 4 flowering related traits. Genotypes were determined for 188 F2 plants using simple sequence repeat(SSR) makers. QTL analysis was carried out to determine relationship between marker genotype and the traits evaluated. A total of 11 QTLs were identified using composite interval mapping(CIM) analysis. Among these, 2 QTLs for DTT were detected on chromosomes 3 and 8, which explained 21.9% and 13.6%, respectively; 3 QTLs for DTP were detected on chromosomes 1, 3 and 8, which explained 14.8%, 21.0% and 18.5%, respectively; 2 QTLs for DTS were detected on chromosomes 3 and 8, which explained 16.5% and 20.1%, respectively; 4 QTLs for ASI were detected on chromosomes 1, 6, 7 and 8, which explained 23.5%, 25.3%, 28.9% and 20.9%, respectively. Most of QTLs showed partially dominance or dominance.
