摘  要:以三氟吲哚丁酸同系物为材料,通过室内生物测定方法,研究三氟吲哚丁酸同系物对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长发育的影响。试验结果表明,不同浓度的三氟吲哚丁酸同系物对玉米种子萌发、幼苗生长发育及其生理特性的影响不同,主要表现为低浓度(<1 mg/L)时促进玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长,提高α-淀粉酶活性、叶绿素含量及根系活力,且随着浓度的增加促进效果逐渐增强,在浓度为1 mg/L时效果最显著;高浓度(>1 mg/L)时促进效果随着浓度的增加而降低,在浓度为100 mg/L时表现出抑制作用。Through the method of indoor bioassay, the effects of three fluorine indoles butyrate homolog on the seed germination of corn and seedling development were studied. The results indicated that the three fluorine indoles butyrate homolog with different concentrations had different effects on seed germination, seedling development and physiological characteristics. Which mainly manifested as the low concentration improved seed germination and growth of corn seeds, improved α-amylase activity, chlorophyll content and root vigor. And with the increase of concentration, the promoting effect gradually enhanced. In the concentration of 1 mg/L was the most significant effect. And promoting effect of high concentration was gradually reduced with the concentration increased, even in the concentration of 100 mg/L was shown inhibition.
