摘　　要：外资种业公司对我国玉米市场的第一轮布局遍布全国三大玉米生产区,直接威胁到我国种业的生存和发展。面对我国政策及市场竞争形势的变化,外资种业公司必将调整其扩张策略。分析并预测外资种业公司的行动趋势,提出我国应对下一步种业扩张的策略,对遏制外资种业扩张、促进自主种业发展、保障国家粮食主权提供参考。Foreign seed companies had been widely infiltrating into main maize producing areas of China in the past few years and threatened the survival and development of domestic seed industry directly. In future, the foreign seed companies will adjust their expansion strategy according to the change of national policy and market situation of China. So, analysis and forecasting the action trend of foreign seed companies, and put forward corresponding strategies is very important for limit the expansion of foreign seed companies, promoting the development of domestic seed industry, and protection the food sovereignty of China.
