摘　　要：文献资源建设一直是高校图书馆的重点工作,随着环境和需求的变化,文献资源建设对教学的保障力度正面临着挑战。以利用率为导向,调整文献资源的数量和提升它的质量,将是提高教学保障力度的有效建设方案。The construction of document resources is the important work in academic library, with the change of environment and demand, the resources construction for teaching guarantee is facing great challenge. That, taking utilization ratio for guide and adjusting the quantity of document resources and lifting the quality of document resources, is a optimal construction scheme for improving the ability of teaching guarantee.
