《中图法(第五版)》医药、卫生类目设置问题解析

摘　　要：《中图法(第五版)》医药、卫生类中部分类目在《中图法(第四版)》的基础上做了增改注释、增加类目划分深度及增补新类等一系列修订,以适应文献的快速增长。但《中图法(第五版)》医药、卫生类的部分类目仍存在新增类目及类目注释不科学、细分类目子目列举不全面、类目设置缺乏逻辑性、相似类目设置不一致、类名不规范等问题。建议停止使用不科学的新增类目及注释,违反逻辑性立类原则的类目及不规范的类名等待下一版本修订。Chinese Library Classification （CLC） （the fifth edition） has made a series of amendments about ＂ medicine and health＂ based on CLC （the fourth edition） to adapt to the rapid growth of the literature, such as adding and changing notation, extending categories, adding new categories, and so on. However, there are some problems in CLC （the fifth edition）, such as unscientific new category and category notation, incomplete subcategory, non -logical categories, inconsistent similar categories, non -standard category name. The solution： stop using the new category and notation, wait to amend the non -logical categories and the non -standard category names in the next edition.
