摘　　要：一定人群或一定族群的人们,在一定时期内,为了调整和解决其内部和外部压力而不得不进行文化变迁,以使文化与新环境和谐共存,这一变迁是基于对自身文化的一个策略性的主动适应过程。文化变迁为文化的发展注入了新活力,为社会经济的发展提供了新机遇。贵州高原各族人民的文化变迁,印证了文化变迁的策略性适应过程。A certain group of people or a certain ethnic group has to make the cultural transformation in a certain period of time in order to adjust and resolve its internal and external pressure which is a strategic process of initiatively adapt to their own culture so that the culture and the new environment can coexist in harmony. Cultural transformation has injected new vitality into the cultural development and provided new opportunities for the development of social economy. The cultural transformation of all ethnic groups living in Guizhou plateau is the witness of strategic adaptation process of cuhural transformation.
