摘 要:为研究联合收割机主要工作部件功耗所占总功耗比例和相互关系,设计了联合收割机载荷测试系统,实现了对联合收割机脱粒滚筒、输送槽和割台等主要工作部件功耗的实时测量、采集和显示。以第1、第2脱粒滚筒转速和前进速度为因素进行了田间试验,得到了在不同工况下,各工作部件占工作部件总功耗的比例关系。通过分析,得出了各部件功耗之间的关系以及影响各部件功耗比例的因素。In order to study the proportions of the combine harvester' s main working parts' power in the total power and their interrelationships, the paper designed combine harvester load measurement system, which fulfilled the measurement, acquisition and display of torque data of the combine' s main working parts including the threshing cylinder, the conveyer and the platform, et al. Field test was carried out,with the rotating speed of the first and second cylinder and the combine harvester' s speed as experiment factors, to acquire the proportions of mentioned parts in the total power of the working parts under different working conditions. The interrelationships of the power of different parts and the factor which influenced the proportions of the parts' power were acquired by analysis.
