摘 要:为了考察种绳直播机作业过程中所选取的工作参数对水稻种绳覆土厚度的影响,进行了水稻种绳覆土厚度测试试验。试验采用三因素二次回归组合正交试验设计,分析了种绳直播机行驶速度、开沟器开沟深度、覆土器挡板角度对种绳覆土厚度的影响关系,确定各因素之间的回归数学模型为⌒ys=27.65+0.5 x1+1.06 x2-0.64 x3+0.48 x'21-0.49 x'23。试验结果表明,利用贡献率法确定因素的主次关系为开沟深度x2>覆土器挡板角度x3>行驶速度x1;对回归方程进行优化求解,当覆土厚度目标值为27.34mm时,种绳直播机行驶速度为0.17 m/s、开沟器开沟深度为36.34 mm、覆土器挡板角度为72.21°。The test of rice rope soil covering thickness was conducted to investigate the influence of the working parameter of rope direct seeding machine. The effects of vehicle speed, furrow depth and angle of coverer baffle plate on soil cover- ing thickness were investigated by three-factor quadratic regression orthogonal composite design. Mathematical model was y, = 27.65 + 0.5x1 + 1.06x2 - 0.64x3 + 0.48x12 - 0.49x12/3. The results showed that the order of factor was clarified as furrow depth x2〉angle of coverer baffle plate x3〉vehicle speed x~ ; The optimization solution to the mathematical mod- el, when the target value of soil covering thickness is 27.34mm, the vehicle speed is 0.17m/s, furrow depth is 36.34ram and the angle of coverer baffle plate is 72.21°.
