摘　　要：文章通过分析医患纠纷产生的原因、特点和防范途径,认为当前降低医患纠纷发生率,降低医务人员受害风险的当务之急在于加快医改步伐,增进医患双方沟通,强化医务人员告知义务,减少医疗事故数量,完善医疗纠纷第三方调解机制,加强医疗机构保卫部门建设,提高公安机关对扰乱医疗机构秩序和侵害医务人员违法犯罪的打击力度。多管齐下形成合力,以有效扭转当前医患纠纷及其次生、衍生问题频发和凸显的不利局面,推动医患关系进入良性发展轨道,维护医患双方合法权益。Based on analyzing the causes, character and prevention approach to medical dispute, it can be concluded that countermeasures to reduce medical disputes were as follows： speeding up medical reform, promoting communication between doc- tors and patients, intensifying medical professionals＇ obligation to inform, decreasing medical malfunction, improving mediation sys- tem by the third party, strengthening the construction of hospital security department, and reinforcing punishment on illegal behav- iors, by which the relationship between doctors and patients can be improved to protect bilateral legal interests.
