农民工医疗救助体系建设及其城市融合的影响研究

摘　　要：农民工医疗保障不足影响其城市融合,而且农民工群体对"保需要"具有迫切需求。以医疗救助体系建设为先导完善医疗保障制度,是对农民工城市融合可产生明显影响的措施。这个体系应通过规范农民工医疗救助制度设计、推出减少农民工困难群体医疗支出的具体举措、完善农民工医疗救助的社会参与机制等,在经济、社会、心理或文化等层面分别反应农民工城市融合问题,以产生对农民工城市融合的正面影响。The deficiency of medical security for migrant rural workers can influence the urban integration of migrant rural workers, who has the urgent demand. It is an important measure to improve medical security system guided with medical assistance system for the urban integration. This system should mapped out standard system plan, put forward measures to reduce medical cost of impoverished migrant rural workers, and perfect society participation mechanism of medical assistance system. The prob- lems of urban integration of migrant rural workers need to be reflected from economy, society, psychology and culture, which can positively influence the urban integration of migrant rural workers.
