山东省县级综合医院发展现状调查与研究

摘　　要：本研究通过对选取的山东省91个县(市)的98家县级综合性公立医院进行调研,在事实和数据的基础上,对2008—2010年山东省县级综合医院发展现状(主要包括基本情况、人员配备、科室设置、信息化建设、医疗服务、经济运行等方面)进行分析,探讨山东省县级综合医院生存与发展的特征,并发现其中的问题,为县级公立医院改革与发展提供意见和建议。Ninety-eight country general hospital from 91 counties （cities） in Shandong Province were selected to receive questionnaire survey in this research. Based on the facts and data, we analyzed the current situation and development of country general hospitals in Shandong Province from 2008 to 2010, including the basic situation, human resources allocation, information construction, health services, economic operation, et, explored the features of the exist and development of country general hospi- tals, and analyzed the existing problems, in order to provide some suggestions for country-level public hospital reform.
