摘　　要：文章在分析了卫生强制措施中即时强制的法理学基础和存在的主要问题基础上,探讨如何完善卫生即时强制的法律规定,并提出相应的建议,以规范卫生即时强制行为,推进卫生行政法制建设与文明执法,切实尊重并维护公民人身自由权。The jurisprudence principle and existing problems of health instant compulsory measure were analyzed. Based on which, countermeasures and suggestions to improve the legal system of health instant compulsory were put forward to regulate the health instant compulsory behaviors, promote construction of health administrative legal system, and safeguard the right to personal liberty.
