新农合背景下农村居民慢性病管理问题探析

摘　　要：近年来,农村居民慢性病经济负担加大。鉴于此,各地新农合在实施过程中逐渐考虑到将慢性病医疗费用纳入新农合的补偿范围,但完善的慢性病管理方案尚未建立。通过分析新农合背景下农村居民慢性病管理工作的必要性,现实状况以及存在的问题,提出进一步建立和完善农村居民慢性病管理工作的具体建议。In recent years, the peasants＇ financial burden of chronic disease is increasing. For that reason, the local govern- ments have already gradually allowed for bringing the medical expenses to chronic disease into the coverage of the New Rural Co- operative Medical System. However, the perfect scheme of chronic disease management has not yet been established. The necessi- ty, the realities and the problems exsiting in the chronic disease management in the backdrop of the New Rural Co-operative Medi- cal System are all analysed,then concrete proposals to further？ establish and improve the chronic disease management aiming at peasants are offered in the same time.
