艾滋病病人药物治疗依从性现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解并分析艾滋病病人药物治疗依从性现状和影响因素,为提高病人药物治疗依从性提供科学依据。方法:选择283名艾滋病病人作为研究对象,采用自行研制的问卷,开展面对面问卷调查,用SPSS11.5软件进行统计分析。结果:(1)调查的283名艾滋病病人中,依从性好的有239例,占84.5%;依从性差的有44例,占15.5%。(2)依从性影响因素:年龄、婚姻状况、宗教信仰、月收入以及感染途径这五个因素对依从性的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05),而性别、民族、文化程度、职业、抽烟、喝酒、社会关系网络、社会参与对依从性的影响没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:艾滋病病人虽然是一个特殊的弱势群体,但并不是想象中的那样被社会边缘化,他们的社会支持及关系状况相对较好;其药物治疗依从性总体水平较高,影响依从性的因素有很多,应针对上述因素采取对应措施,以提高治疗依从性。Objective To understand and analyze the current status and influencing factors of drug treatment compliance of AIDS patients in order to acquire scientific evidences for improving drug treatment compliance of AIDS patients. Methods 283 AIDS patients were selected as studying objectives, and we used the self-developed questionnaire to conduct face-to-face survey, and then SPSS11.5 software is uesd to statistical analysis. Results ： （ 1 ） 44 AIDS patients＇ compliance is poor, which accounted for 15.5% ,but 239 cases,had good compliance,accounting for 84.5%. （2） The influencing factors of compliance： age, marital status, religion, monthly income, as well as routes of infection. The influence of these five factors on compliance was of statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. On the contrary, the influence of gender, ethnicity, education level, occupation, smoking, drinking, the network of social relations, social participation on compliance was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion ： AIDS pa- tients as a special vulnerable group, which would not like to be social marginalization, and their social support arid relations is rel- atively good. The total level of drug treatment compliance is higher, and there are many factors can influence the compliance. Therefor,corresponding measures based on those factors should be taken to improve the treatment compliance.
