摘　　要：科研活动的日益社会化和复杂化使高校科研团队凝聚力成为研究热点.科研团队是高校进行科研活动的基本组织,其成员是具有专业知识背景、特定研究方向和以实现自我价值为目标的教师,是典型的知识工作者.团队中教师的需求与团队给予的组织支持之间的耦合度是团队凝聚力的关键.本文基于科研团队需求与组织支持方面的理论,构建了高校科研团队凝聚力理论模型,并对其结构、功能、运行机制进行分析.With the increasing socialization and complexity of scientific research, the cohesion of R＆D Team in university becomes a researching focus. R＆D Team in university is the basic organization of scientific research, where the members are the teachers who master the specialized knowledge, possess the specific research fields, and want to realize their values, and thus are typical mental workers. The degree of coupling between the demand of the teachers and the support of the team is the key to the team cohesion. On the basis of the theroy of the demand of the R＆D team and the organizational support, it constructs the theoretic model of R＆D team in university, and analyzes its structure, function and operating mechanism.
