摘　　要：本文概述了"十一五"期间高校获国家科技奖的统计情况,分析了高校作为第一完成单位获得国家科技进步奖一等奖项目的特点,阐述了新时期获国家科技进步一等奖项目对高校科研工作以及科研管理工作的启示和建议.It summarizes the situation of National Science and Technology Award in the Eleventh Five-Year period, specially analyzes the characteristics of universities acquiring National S＆T Progress Award （ First Class）. It puts forward some revelations and suggestions for science and research and its management in universities.
