信息化技术在手术患者信息登记管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察信息化技术在手术患者信息登记管理应用中的效果。方法同期对比应用广东东莞市长安医院手术室研发的"手术室管理系统"与"人工填写登记本"两种方式对手术患者信息进行登记管理,并从基本功能(查询、统计、资料保存)和衍生功能(数据库建立、智能分析、数据效应)进行分析、比较。结果 "手术室管理系统"对比传统"人工填写登记本"登记管理的优势如下(:1)建立了手术患者信息数据库(;2)查询、统计方便快捷,1min左右生成结果,能全面实现统计工作;(3)可行智能分析;(4)资料计算机保存;(5)能提供决策依据。结论应用信息化技术进行手术患者信息登记管理显著提高了工作效率,节省了人力和物力,避免了误差;建立了庞大的手术患者信息数据库,为手术室及各相关临床科室在科研、教学、管理方面创造了条件;因此,手术室信息化管理较传统方式具有极大的优势,是手术室发展的必然趋势。Objective To observe the effect of information technology using in the surgical patient information registration ＆ management system. Methods By using the ＂Operating room management system＂ method which developed by our hospital and the traditional method which is ＂manually registration＂ on the same time, we then compared and analyzed the results separately in these two methods in the aspects like basic functions （query, statistics, data retention） and derivative function （database creation, intelligent analysis, data effect）.Results Our results show that there are several superior advantages of the surgical patient information registration ＆ management system than the traditional manual method. The force method makes it easier for users in several aspects： 1, It establishes a surgical patient information database; 2 It is easier for us to query the result, only take 1 min, which full complete the statistical work. 3, it supports intelligent analysis; 4, all the result will be saving in the computers; 5, it provides a useful base for decision making. On the other hand, the manual way is very low in efficiency and makes it harder for saving and using the data. Conclusion Therefore to use the surgical patient information registration ＆ management system is more efficient for working and can lead to less mistakes, it also helps to set up a useful information database, which can not only use as an analysis tool but also can be a support of conducting research and teaching.
